Hey, first post here, and thanks for membership!

I am looking to buy a gift for my brother and came upon this, but is it true or is it a Franken?
My biggest concern is the dial size, maybe it's just me but it looks like the dial is too small for the case when looking near the crown maybe there is something else wrong, please let me know
If it checks out what should it cost?

The dial is authentic, and so is the case, but I doubt they were issued together. Not worth pursuing, imho.

Appears to only be missing the tension ring inside the crystal, an easy fix.

 

Okay so if i get it a trip to the watchmaker should do it?
I think I can get it for around 200$ I'm thinking it's a good price despite the missing tension ring.

Looks like a nice honest watch, even without a movement picture $200 is a pretty decent price. Figure in an additional $150-200 for a service and new crystal.

 

Not yet but I'm gonna go check it out next weekend I think I can sneak a photo in, I was thinking the price was good too.
