·Hands are not, dial has some things that convince me it is a redial (what is going on with that 2 o'clock marker for example!).
Even if original, dial condition means it is not likely collectable. Case itself seems pretty over polished as well from what I can see.
So, assuming it has a good movement in reasonably good condition, it is perhaps worth as a parts movement.
