Is this original UG?? Any ideas?

    As I am not aware for the specifics of Universal Geneve I would like the help of any experienced member here for this watch that I came across.

    The sub seconds hand and date hand are wrong. The plated case is in bad shape. The crown is wrong. One of the case correctors is wrong. The dial is pretty beat.
