You can search with the movement # on various sites to see its value.
If you are in love with the movement for some reason use that value to make your offer.
I would not pay more than $50 over the movement costs and others will probably say that is too much.
I would not buy it at all unless you are madly in love with it and watches are hard to get shipped into your country.

·the first watch has a major part missing from the movement, so offer even less than what has been discussed here, if anything at all. And missing two screws.

·The dial is probably from a soviet Poljot. I have an exat same dial. Most likely repainted and "Omega" slapped on.
