    The case has been lightly polished as the bezel and lugs have ever so slightly lost there edges. Nothing to worry about have seen much worse.

    Why don’t you contact the seller? Having read his listing, I’d have thought he’d be your first port of call..
    He can probably explain to you how to wind a watch with an automatic movement.
    Also, his original listing offers to accept returns within 30 days so, if you’re unhappy with it, you still have at least 25 days left to return it.

    Wear it for an hour or so and see what happens :)

    Sometimes the balance wheel does not start moving upon winding. Give it few good shakes in a number of different directions, and it should start right up.
