I bought this recently sight unseen and there is a dial defect at about 11 o'clock. It also has a 565 movement rather than the 564 that I was expecting. I can't find the model on the vintage omega site but I can find some constellations with the 565 in them in the 1970s. I haven't seen the laser etching of the model number before either but all my omega are older than this. Otherwise it's a very tidy looking movement.
Serial 31.4M
168.027 SF
Paid about $450 US
I can return it if I'm not happy with it.
Thanks for any help

The cal. 565 isn’t a chronometer certified movement, so it’s certainly the wrong one for this watch.

Because the wrong movement. Should be cal 564. Desmond Morris picture
