No. The watch will need a service, including a new crown. Look on eBay at 'Sold' listings for manual wind calibre 601 Geneves. I’m assuming the watch case is gold but can’t quite discern the hallmark

These sell on eBay all the time anything over £400 is to much seen them sell for as little as £250/350
