Is this legit watch?

It's a seamaster. I have my doubts due to the placement of the date dial. The owner says it's a repossessed. Any input would be great. I'm planning on seeing the watch in person. What should I look out for when I look at the watch to make sure it's legit. Any help would be great. New Omega buyer here.

I am no expert but this does not look good. If there are good papers and you can take this to an AD, ill eat my hat. If deal isn’t done, I’d find another example of this particular reference.

Don't bother with anything for this watch. It is a really bad fake of the blue Aqua Terra.

Yep. I can’t see the face very well but that is no caliber 8500

Don't need to be an expert on this one. The front looked slightly off but the back/movement says it all. Absolutely fake and a cheap one at that.

Oh that is just a simply awful garbage bin Aqua Terra. Shame on the seller. Obviously he knows it's not real.

Date wheel colour, hands, movement... awful counterfeit POS. From that photo, you can even hear the hollow clink of a folded link bracelet...

Genuine AT for comparison:

Well done for suspecting the date window.

I agree with everyone . The watch is a fake. What attracted you to them ? Low price?
