Is this legit Omega bracelet? NSA made?

I got this bracelet on a Quartz Constellation ref 198.0114ST from about 1979. It's 19mm wide in the endlinks. I think it is NSA made bracelet, and the clasp seems to fit very well with the rest. What do you think, is it a real thing or a franken of some sort? No ref numbers on the clasp.
It was pretty grimey when I got it, so it might have been with the watch head for a long time.

So many "low quality" bracelets out there, when alone they appear fake, some just have "STAINLESS STEEL" etc. - but in my opinion finding numerous old examples kinda validates them, but probably alone they are not very valuable
