I've been poking around looking at 'holy grail' dials and came across this one.

Is this relumed, or just in really good condition?

I did. I didn't mean to second guess anyone or offend, I was curious.

What are the signs when it comes to a good (even sympathetic) relume? Obvious ones are obvious, but I imagine good ones are not. Super straight lines? no sign of any wear? just trying to figure out how to spot them.

 

No offence taken, mate. Beside experience, curious mind like yours and a lot of practice will certainly help. But even the most experienced experts would often err on the side of caution, so I'd try to spot the obvious, then ask questions, then take the least risky option, unless, of course, you like to gamble.
