Is this a watchco?

Hello guys

Found this for sale.

Can't see a serial number. Do service cases have serial numbers? Don't think they do.

Guy describes it as a " Vintage omega seamster 300 165.024. 1970's".

Looks in amazing condition for a 70's 300. Parts look genuine.

It's a watchco or equivalent right?

Pete

I've done really well posting some of the same pictures twice. Sorry

Movement looks genuine, I am not sure whether those old 5-series movements are even faked(?), but dial and hands are from ebay/etsy fake kits, just search they were widely discussed here.

yep. Not a Watchco with genuine Omega service parts and an old movement - main tell is the bezel and dial are not “aged”. This is a fake kit with a real movement thrown in it. Stay away.

I agree with Donn above….Another “easy tell” I’ve found is a lot of these have an off set date window (to the left) on the fakes. Compare that to originals.
