The movement is not made by Omega, so no Omega serial number like on Omega in-house movement. It's an Omega re-badged ETA 255.461, but I am pretty sure the watch is authentic.
It’s a genuine mid 1990s mid size Bond SMP quartz. The serial was likely inside the caseback which has either been replaced or parts-washed off. It would have had it on a lug too but it’s been polished off. Maybe it was sold via a grey market dealer originally and they have erased it. That was quite common once. The serial was never seen on the movement as they were routinely swapped at service time.
ps it’s not what most here would consider vintage. The model was current until 2006, yours is an earlier one though as can be seen from the Tritium lume.
i found a small star-ish shaped imprint but the serial number is just completely missing. As the other guy said, I believe its been erased or something
Just to be sure, you're looking on the back of the lug closest to seven o'clock? The star looks to be near five o'clock. It's hard to say from those photos, but I think I can see the remnants of a serial number on the correct lug. If it's no longer legible, it could be nothing more than wear from strap/bracelet changes and polishing.
The watch looks legit to me
Its a modern quartz watch, nothing vintage about it
What does make a watch vintage? Sometimes I wonder if tritium lume makes it vintage, plus this watch is nearly 30 years old now. When I bought my first 321 Speedmaster (145.012-67) in the late 90’s it was definitely considered a vintage watch and that was about 30 years old.

To add a bit more of a black and white element of clarity here, vintage watches can typically be defined as watches that are older than 20 years of age, and modern watches can be described as those that fall within the first decade of their production.
