From the S/N it seems that the watch is between 1916 and 1923 (see http://chronomaddox.com/omega_serial_numbers.html).

It's an American cased Omega, case made by the Solidarity Watch Case Company of Brooklyn NY.

Movement is likely a Caliber 19''' NN LX 21P introduced in 1905, this one dating to about 1920.
