Is this a real watch? I cannot help think the Omega symbol and lettering are not real

Hi everyone,
I want to know if this watch is real. The reference number does not seem to exist and the Omega signs do not seem real. However, I wanted to get your opinions on it.
The ref they said is 166.0278

even though on the case base the number 203 has like a line drawing out?

Omega’s QC in the 1970’s was never the greatest.

BTW, the last 3 digits refer to the bracelet style.

I think it’s fair to wonder about it, considering it’s quality doesn’t seem to match earlier references, but the quality just seems to have declined in that time. I am amazed by my 1967 Seamaster, but the early-mid 70s Seamasters I’ve handled sometimes look like fakes in comparison, especially the quartz ones. I guess it’s probably true of many Swiss companies of that time.
