Hi @Monica and welcome to the forum! The different colored parts are nothing to worry about; they look original to me, but it would seem as though your watch movement needs a little love and attention.
If you are wearing your watch often (or you intend to do so), you should have it serviced by a watchmaker because all of those tiny mechanical parts need to be individually cleaned, properly lubricated, and carefully adjusted for normal wear and tear from the last 80 years since it left the factory. Look for an independent watchmaker who is used to working on vintage watches and ask for a "complete movement service."
