Is this a Omega Constellation redial?

Thanks for the info guys, you are correct the watch is in Vietnam which I saw it on a local marketplace here. I just assumed the dial was off but seems they are good at faking more than just that. I will not be picking this up then haha

Hello there kazd here, imho it was to many questions about the authenticity of it, but when in doubt this forum has some of the best Intelligent knowledgeable with sharp eyes for details to go to for opinion , good evening and happy hunting for the real one , they are just gorges watches , I myself have 5 of them , kazd
