    OK...........
I just buy this watch from my watchmaker. Except for patina in the dial surface, all is in good condition.
However I am baffled by the fact that it is a later ref 14393 with Cal 561 but the dial is a pie pan with arrow head marker. OVD list 14393 with non pie pan onyx insert dial.
So any opinion? Is this a franken? Well if it is franken I still love the arrow head marker better than onyx insert.

Sorry for the low quality pics

    Thanks for your opinion........

    Looks fine to me.

Omega vintage has lots of missing and inaccurate information, several different dials were offered with most references.

It's the real deal - you have a watch with a unique dial - true piepan with white gold arrowhead markers with date. Even with the patina I think it's a keeper.

I really like that particular case, but coupled with arrowheads makes this unusually striking...

100% correct. The "Automatic Chronometer" legend on the dial is the key.

BTW, dials are not interchangeable between the cal. 504 and cal. 561 movement.

Even if this was a frankenjob, it wouldn't fit together properly, like this example does.

    Hope this helps.

It looks ok. I was talking with Desmond a while back and these 14393s with arrowhead markers are pretty uncommon.

I see.....so doing franken job is not easy as it sound. I think because it's the same 34 mm case you could swap the 5XX movt & dial.
    Thanks

Interestingly this is my first silver arrowhead markers, so even if it is a franken I will keep it. Knowing that this is original uncommon piece makes me agree with Mike ......this is a keeper.

Movements - yes, most likely. The main issue is the dial. Some are weird match-ups - remember that we saw a bumper 34x that had a full rotor 47x dial.
