Looks legit to me, perhaps a 166.067, which should be inside the case-back.

It looks like a 166.067. Ash has written an article about these right here on this forum if you're interested in learning more.

It does seem alright to me. Sparkle dial looks nice, baton hands are correct, movement checks out.
