Seller asking $1,200 shipped. Curious if the dial is original-no 'swiss'? What are your guy's thoughts on the piece?

They say its from 1939, and don't claim anything is original. The seller has a 5/5 star rating 20 reviews on Chrono24

 

Painfully obvious and recent redial.

 

Price is high even if it had an original dial. Hands may have been added to go along with the made up dial since the sub-second hand is silver and not matching blue. Crown is an incorrect later replacement.
