Hi everyone!
This is my first post and I was just wondering if this Omega 167.070 is legitimate. If it is, how is the condition of the movement?

And... When buying omega vintage, always keep in mind the costs of a service... what's the price?

Interesting how both the OP watch and the one in the link above have suffered with corrosion around the casebook seal. I did a double take in case they were in fact the same watch but the serials are different. Not really a big issue in the grand scheme of things but it may create problems with sealing the case against water ingress.

Oh wow that is interesting. The seller is asking for $750. Should I be concerned about the missing screw in the movement?

Most of the times you should be concerned when a screw is missing... 😁 You should give it a service anyway if you should choose to buy.

Although the geneve cases are'nt the most desirable, it's still a chronometer movement with a great story.

Here's mine on the left & the OP's on the right. Is that a dial screw at 46.5 min on both watches?

I would say that somebody used the incorrect balance cock screw.
