Your caseback serial number differs from mine by less than 1200.
The case of your watch is French rather than Swiss, so the 18kt hallmark you are looking for is not the head of Helvetia, but that of an eagle. I think I can just see in your photo where it might be...
It is much plainer in your other photo, of the maker's mark. Now, when it comes to the interpretation of the "P(?G)F" mark, we have an entire thread, here! (And more besides.)

·It's a french cased 18k omega from the late 40s. If I had seen it, and had some spare cash, i'd be tempted if the price is right - it's a pretty watch 😀
