Is this 1469 bracelet fixable?

I purchased a used 1469 bracelet on eBay, didn’t even cross my mind that this would happen, but a month later after acquiring some 811 end links and 068ST2205 spring bars, I noticed one end requires a pin/tube, leading me to think this has broken? I’m a complete novice with this sort of stuff, can anyone please advise me? Thanks in advance.
