Is the caseback and the dial legit?

Hi all, I found this vintage Omega with a black dial, I think something is wrong regarding the caseback and even the dial. What do you think?

I very much doubt that the case is a genuine OMEGA case. The dial has also been refinished.

Agreed. It's put together from various parts, and with a repainted dial.
