Is the 1150/51 hand windable?

Probably a stupid question to the experts, but is the 1150/51 movement hand windable? It feels like there's resistance, but it doesn't bottom out like a typical hand winder and in fear of over winding thought I'd ask?
I've never had an automatic either, so what keeps the movement from over winding from the rotor, I assume there's some type of clutch (for lack of better terms) inside that frees the movement at a certain point to avoid over winding?
Thanks'

A friction clutch slips when the spring is fully wound. This allows the rotor to keep moving even when fully wound. You can't overwind it.

Can this movement be manually wound?

Sorry, I thought this was implied. There are a few auto chrono movements that cannot be manually wound such as Seiko 6139 but the overwhelming majority can be wound manually. If you feel and listen very carefully as you wind , you may be able to sense when the clutch starts to slip while winding the crown. Either way you won't be doing any harm and this usually happens somewhere between 10 and 20 turns depending on the movement.
