Is Omega Biel struggling with Extracts?

I don't think the type of bracelet/strap that is on the watch now is relevant because I did not send the actual watch in to get the Extract. On the previous versions of the Extract they usually left this part blank or said "not mentioned" and did not state the bracelet type.

This watch is a 145.022-69 from early 1970 with a 2911xxxx movement number. I am quite confident that these watches originally came with a DON bezel and the 1039/516 bracelet.
So the answer to my question is that it's the combination of the movement number and March 1970 date that suggests it should be a 1039/516?

I am far from an expert on this topic and there are many more members on this forum that could answer this question more accurately than me but I do believe that the bracelet that came originally on this watch was the 1039/516. I believe that the first 1171s with trapezoid logo were released the same year and can be found on some 69s later in the year.

Have never received an extract with the type of bracelet detailed. Sometime “leather strap”, probably meaningit was not delivered on bracelet.
