Is my watch unique?

I was given this extremely unusual Omega (presumed recase, redial) 10 years ago and it is my daily watch.

It is a Cal 266 CK 2505 from 1955. Seems it was originally stainless steel case. As you can see it’s a fixed lug Rose Gold case, bakerlite type glass with some sort of custom Las Vegas dial.

In the last 10 years I’ve not seen another like it.

Interested in reader reviews. Where it came from, who did the conversion, has anyone seen others or anything people can tell me about the watch. Was originally delivered to Mexico but it came to me from Monserrat.

Anything interesting inside the case-back? It actually looks somewhat like a 2505 case to me, although it's obviously not a CK2505 (i.e. it's not SS). Is it 38mm?

Back of case reads 18k Industria Argentina and I notice some lettering which I think reads K=06 09

Mechanism also looks to be rose gold with the numbering per the Omega Certificate.

"Playing Card" style redials aren't uncommon
