Hi, first time poster here. Just wanting some help seeing if my watch has all the correct parts. It's a 145022 69 st with 31xxxxxxxx serial# I'm led to believe that's a 72 model. It has a straight writing case back and a 1039 bracelet dated 71.
It was purchased brand new In 74 and worn for only a few years and has sat in a safe ever since until my grandfather passed and I inherited it. And now the love of fine watches has started haha thanks for your help

You have obviously done some research into the watch. A little more into how to post pictures and you're good to go.

No it's the original case and case back. It's just come back from service and has been cleaned up a little

Thanks for the reply, im just curious if the bracelet is the right one for the watch as the years don't Match. Do you have straight writing case back?

The 1039 is correct for the 145.022-69, most had the 1171, I think Omega used up remaining stocks a lot at that time. Those straps are worth a fortune now.

    Watch looks great!

The very high serial number suggests that both our watches were delivered late 70 or even beginning 71, so I would not worry about the bracelet.
Mine does not have writing at all (seahorse only).
