That 9 marker of the minute sub dial looks really bad actually, clearly not parallax effect
That alone and I would ask for a dial replacement, leave aside the hour sub dial marker of 9 and 3
It really looks like a poor made dial.

Can we see more photos of the dial?
Sure, and thank you so much for all the help and extra eyes! I’ll be honest I’m leaning toward not taking it in for dial swap- it just doesn’t feel worth it and these flaws seem like they’ll disappear to me after a few weeks. But if they still bug me then, maybe I’ll take it in. Here are more photos!

Im not seeing what you mean- do you mean the hour markers or minute? (Either way I don’t totally see it). Thanks!
He means the dick isn't centered between the balls at the 12 position.

These threads always make me LOL.
I mean, I get it. Of course you want something you paid a lot of money for to be perfect.
But I've come to accept that you can't always get perfection - and it isn't worth stressing over.
Hopefully, it will bother you only for a bit, and then you'll get over it.
I feel as if I would never even notice 99% of these issues that are brought up from time to time. I don't think I've EVER inspected my Speedy that hard - nor will I ever.
People who go looking for problems usually find them. Just sayin'.
And to add- I would be reluctant to send it back. Who knows...it could come back with dust on the dial - or worse!

99% of this stuff wouldn't be noticed if owners weren't immediately picking up a loupe and taking macro photos, and then posting them online and asking neurotic strangers their opinion. OP, it's your watch, do what you need to do to make yourself happy. Keep it, have the dial replaced, or sell it and move on. It's a mass produced, mid-level product, nothing more. You either accept that going in or you'll be perpetually disappointed.

I think I'd notice the 12 every time I looked at it.

But I don't see any of the others
