Nope, bezel is as it's supposed to be. Looks like the sun guilloche is almost completely worn off just like mine. Not sure on your hands as I'm pretty new here. They're different from mine, but mine also have the tritium inserts so I don't know if that's the only reason. I'm sure someone much more knowledgeable will chime in soon.
Thin markers and thin hands go together like peanut butter and jelly. Other than normal wear and tear, looks OK on the outside. I would need to see inside to say any more. gatorcpa
