my real concern is the vertical space between the dial and its chapter ring on its 12 o’clock side. what does it imply?

 

Dial is original in my opinion but in fairly poor condition.

Take your time and be willing to pay a premium for one that is in top condition.

Looks original in bas condition as others have also said.
From the shadows, it looks like the rehaut has popped off from the dial itself, creating the illusion that the printing is not centred.
