We're just shy of 1 Gpbs here in Northern Virginia from a Wi-Fi test that I had saved on my phone from last month....
Good old BT "Infinity" in a village in Somerset (UK)... I suspect these are okay as we're not in a city but not hugely important anyway as it seems to stream HD without issues. If I'm being very kind, the mobile (cell) signal is "patchy" so BT route mobile calls through the broadband when you're at home - that'll save them having to update their network. Cheers, Chris
Just 24 Mbps in Whitchurch Hill South Oxfordshire U.K.............until recently it was a whole 2Mbps!
Stroke of luck. Got fibre optic cable all the way to the house for free when they first rolled it out in the Australian NBN (National Broadband Network)
We are consistently in the 400-500 mbps range down and about 1/2 that up - fiber pipes. Local electric power company is the provider.
60/60 MBPS I haven't seen a need to jump any higher, never a glitch with videos, but preparing myself for negotiations after home improvements cease. Only one maddening project at a time.
We've got gigabit (download and upload) service through Verizon Fios - real-world speeds tend to be around 800-900 Mbps down and 400-500 Mbps up.
I've 75Mbps in Vancouver, but it's in theory. I notice my provider throttles me when I'm *naughty* but get close to that during more normal endeavours. I could go 1Gbps but 75Mbps is already overkill.
South Boston. Verizon DSL 15Mbps download, 1 upload No fiber in my neighborhood, though I'm considering the wireless service NetBlazr. Anyone familiar with their service?
