Has anyone recently utilized this Ohio based dial refinishing company? If so, what has been your experience? Online reviews seem very critical of them lately.

 

I used them to relume some hands on a time only for my girlfriend maybe 6 months ago, my experience was fine.

 

How long did they take to complete the work?

 

can't remember exactly, maybe 3 weeks total for correspondence, work, payment, ship

 

I've used them a few times and have never had a problem. I had them refinish the dial in this Illinois earlier this year.

 

I wish my wait time was similar. I’ve provided them a dial to reattach the feet and consequent refinishing at beginning of April. Was originally told that it would be completed in May, then June, then last week. Still nothing at this time and all the while with poor communication in between despite email and voicemail correspondence.
