Interesting bulova. Identification please

Never seen one like this. I rather like it. Possibly purchasing. What do you guys think . Must say the dial is groovy Pun intended!

Groovy it is. I think we will call this the plywood dial.
Without better pics of the back we can’t see the year code. We can assume it is probably around 32mm by the era (early 50’s most likely), bracelet is most likely aftermarket (although Bulova did pair with some stretchy’s from factory and that one is fancy), but for the right price it could be a charmer.

But absolutely. I would be paying less than 100 for it.

As @JwRosenthal says you need the date code from the back. I suspect this is from the 50s, so it would be L for the decade and then a number for the year. So L8 would correspond to 1958. The 60s would be M. Once you have the year you can search ads onn mybulova.com to find the model name.

The case seems to be in decent shape with no worn through plating. If you like it and it is in running condition, I don't see how you could go wrong for under $100.
