The Chinese have been pumping out some pretty wild tourbillons at an insanely good price point for a while now. Starting at about $400 you can get a tourbillon.
For a bit more money you can get some pretty impressive watchmaking. Here is a 6mm thick flying tourbillon. I can't find this exact model but Beijing watch company lists similar watches starting at about $2000 usd.
