Thought I'd share the following listing I came across on eBay.de for an interesting 18k white gold Constellation. No pictures of the mechanism (my guess is a cal. 751). Listing notes that the case measures 32mm without the crown so a bit on the smaller side. Bracelet appears to be aftermarket and soldered on.

Still a fraction below the scrap gold buying price allowing a nominal 20g for movement, dial, crown and crystal.

My gut feeling of the watch is a cal 751 movement together with a Constellation dial housed in an 18K WG custom-made case.
The case with hallmarks at the outside of the case and it is without Omega sign. Obviously, it evidences a custom-made case.
The integrated bracelet has a different 18k hallmark, 18K + 0.750 vs 750. Maybe bracelet is attached to the watch head by cutting the lugs at a later stage.
So far there are 26 bids - Euro1460, leaving 1 day 3 hours to end. Bidders are sensible for the value for scrap of gold. IMO

BTW, here is mine to say hello. A genuine 18K white gold Omega Constellation with original integrated bracelet, though it's 2-hand only. An elegant dress watch.

The removal of lugs and soldering on of gold bracelets was a service provided by some jewelers - I'm fairly certain that this service was performed on the Constellation pictured in my avatar.

The white gold Constellation has a unique look but the small size and lack of pictures of the mechanism will likely keep the price down.
