Seems to consist of original parts. Perhaps except for the chrono hand as the seller already hints upon. Given the high serial number for a 145.012-67, the Barton hand style could be correct, but I do think it’s suspiciously whiter compared to the other hands.
The case looks (quite nicely) polished and re-brushed to me.
It is being sold without any reserve so the buyers will ultimately decide what’s its worth. The bezel seems to be in abnormally good condition. I’m not a fan of the heavy radial polishing on the back case but to each their own
I find the dial very attractive and wouldn't be bothered by the replacement chrono hand that much. Original crown is a nice bonus. The overpolished caseback however is more of a turn-off for me. I'm guessing it will end at around $6k
