Inherited Omega: Store couldn’t help!

Hi All,

Sorry reposting from other thread as should have posted here.

Was wondering if you could help! I inherited this from my grandfather, never met him unfortunately. Been trying to find out more about this watch but the store couldn’t tell me even the model! They pointed to some similar photos in their archives but none had the diamond hour markers. I’m sure there is more knowledge here 😀 They pointed that it might be an Asian exclusive or custom order?

Any help would be greatly appreciated and I guess feel closer to my grandfather!

Should be a reference number on the inside back. I think the dial may have had the diamond markers added to the dial. Original removed and these added.

Once open. You will get the caliber and reference number

Removed the bracelet. May not be original and will eat away at the lugs

I don´t think so - most likely its a solid gold ref. 7077 flatlink bracelet which beautifully matches the watch.

Your watch might be a ref. OT 2517 or similar with diamonds on custom order. The bracelet could be a ref. 7077 - you should show the clasp inside and out so we can assess it better.
