Hi All,

New to posting here but just wanted to get some help shedding more light on this watch.

I recently pick up a vintage Omega Constellation 14393-10SC from 1960 which is in good working condition, scratch marks on the back and some engravings "E.J.H", "22-62".

There are a couple things I would love to get more information on.

1. What do the engravings mean? I suspect they are the initials of the previous owner but I am not sure what the 22-62 would mean. Possible the 22nd of 66 to in a particular collection?

2. What might be the potential value of the watch given the overall condition.

Thanks in advance to anyone who might be able to help!

Hi mate.

Without knowing with certainty, the "22-62" will either be a "1922 - 1962" and meant to commemorate either an anniversary or a 40th birtday. The initials will most likely be the ones of the one celebrated.

Value isn't a straightforward thing to access, but it is in the vicinity of €800, dial and case condition being the two main factors.
