inherited this from my grandmother, trying to get an estimate on its age, not sure if its an antique piece or not, it is missing the crown but seems to be otherwise intact. the case is marked 18k and the clasp of the band is marked 18k..age ?? value ?

Your pictures are not of much help. Do you not have a macro feature on your camera. We need much better definition on the details. And a picture of the “works” (the movement). Practice taking good clear, well defined pictures, until you get much better results, then perhaps get back to us.

    Completely fake, sorry.

Those markings should be on the inside of the watch.

And no it isn't 18k gold either.

I had thought fake women's vintage omega were almost non-existant. Having said that, the back case markings are worrisome. Clearer pics and movement identification would help.

To rip off the fool who buys it.

It's a dead giveaway for a fake Omega. The Omega and 18K marks should be on the inside of the case.

On top of that it doesn't look even vaguely like any genuine Omega.

Omega is "SWISS MADE". Hope that convices you this is a fake. I'd be very much surprised if there was any real gold on this watch.

Thanks for the additional pics. I learned something today that there are fake old women's watches out there. Sorry it was at your expense. Can anyone identify where the movement came from?

the back of the case says made in italy, although it may in fact be a fake omega, it does look like a quality 17 jewel movement ! which is a bit of a puzzle, there is a "su" stamped into the movement also.
