You have hallmarks and authentic looking movement. The staining around the Omega logo would indicate this dial has been with the watch for a long time.
Your dial and the general style of the watch fits in with this set:

·Movement looks correct. I had a 510 in recently that appears to be the same as your calibre (511) but with the addition of a sub seconds. Nice slim design and capable of running very well. They are not that common.
