I would highly recommend to polish the cystal. Don´t be so shy with that because it is a silly thing you can do by yourself. Regarding the interieur at least the winding rotor is not the original (two line inscriptcion) one. So don´t hesitade to get the movement serviced in case you want to wear it frequently. Front up HR pics from the dial are very appreciated.

Besides the winding rotor, do you notice anything else non-original in the movement?
Please excuse my ignorance, but what are 'front up HR pics' as I can certainly take more photos of my watch later this weekend.

I didn´t notice any other non-original parts except the rotor, but I am not a movement expert.
