The Trump Tariffs apply to all imports from a particular country. There could be some savings under the harmonized tariffs, by breaking down the watch into its components, but that would be erased by the cost of putting it all back together.
However, the post offices and/or private couriers are going to have a field day charging each separate package with brokerage fees for getting them through customs.
I wouldn’t do it with your money.

[1] I am aware that the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit has ruled that Trump exceeded his authority; however, that ruling is stayed pending a Supreme Court review.
