The Liquid Amber has finished for the year, the Japanese Maple is in full colour, the Claret Ash is halfway there and the Blackwood is covered in summer's dry seed pods.

Springtime in Mom’s perennial garden. Crocus and heather. Temperature is 24° C (about 75° F) which is high for an early May spring day where we live.

As a former, and very grateful, recipient of two lots of blood (bad reaction to the first) please give her a big hug from me. 🥰

I'm too squimish to donate. Until recently I was able to hide behind the fact that I wasn't allowed to, due to coming from Mad Cow country. Need to pull on my big boy pants.
