I’m trying to find this leather strap

I found this watch on Touch of Modern and I really like the strap. I’ve searched all over and found some similar, but not close enough. Does anyone have recommendations on where I should look?

I’m new here. I just bought my first Omega last week: AT 8900 with black dial and bracelet. I’m not sure I’d like this strap on my AT, but still wanted to see if I could track it down.

Thanks!

If I had to make a guess that's a fairly cheap strap out of China. Worth using for a while - I had a similar one that came on one of the Chinese watches I bought years ago. Eventually the plastic/rubber covering the edges gets worn and starts to tear. The only leather portion is very thin portion you can see on both sides.

It may not be that exact seller - but the details are close enough that the origin is pretty similar.

Thanks guys. I definitely wouldn’t want something cheap that falls apart. I just don’t have a discerning eye yet for how to spot quality in photos. What I liked was the suede look and the thickness of the straps.

Thanks for the help.

Another good option if you can do without the suede:

I have lots of Watch Gecko straps, and their quality is definitely above their price - that one retails for $26 and is fully leather.

My speedy here is on a vintage leather that had been on clearance at one point. There are a few in their collection that are similar, and under $50.

One way to spot is the edge of the strap. A high quality strap will be burnished and wax sealed. This has a cheap urethane sealant. It is faster and hides the rougher cut from stamping out the leather.

You can have this custom made according to your measurements and requirements using high quality leather, check https://www.facebook.com/7t2straps
price of these straps are in the €80 range I believe
Thanks for the info. I have a large 8.3” wrist and most nice bands don’t work. Custom is the only way to go to get the best fit.
