I found this pocket watch but do not know anything about the age, model, value, etc.

    Would appreciate any help.

I'd say it's an Omega Art Nouveau Lépine from about 1920 with an embossed silvered dial, "Cubist" numerals and blued steel Poire hands.

To get anything definite the case needs to be opened, the case number and movement number recorded and a measurement of the movement diameter in millimetres is needed, in addition to a clear picture of the movement.

Frequently, below the balance on the main plate, some letters and numbers are stamped. Those are definitely worth getting. You can see those easily. They identify the movement.

Don't fret if nothing is there, though.

I don't know when Omega started marking calibers under the balance and early calibers (turn of the 20th century) were sometimes marked on the back of the main plate (under the dial).

Edit: Serial numbers under the dial, not caliber numbers.

Appreciate any help on this watch including what it may be worth if I consider purchasing it. It works and keeps accurate time at least for the 20 minutes I tested it against my stopwatch.

    Thanks
    David.
