I’m fairly sure someone here is going to tell me that this is a very common movement and there are thousands of images of it online, but I have spent the best part of an hour searching movement logos and have not identified this one. Maybe it’s not Swiss at all but a fake, or maybe I’m just not searching for it in the right way. The logo itself looks pretty distinctive but it doesn’t appear on this website which looks comprehensive to me. https://www.h-spot.net/watches-movements.htm

I’d be grateful for any guidance.

    Thank you

Hey hey hey, we can't all have actual "knowledge"... Some of us have to google our way to answers! :D

Thanks all, Much appreciated. Can I ask what search terms you used, or were you looking for image matches? I used DuckDuckGo but I didn’t do an image search. Was that my mistake?

    I searched my brain.

(I recognised the Bidynator style rotor and other bits and jumped to a conclusion).

Apparently I should have used Google.

    ;)

I googled "25 jewels movement" and looked for a movement with a similar balance bridge and rotor shape. Found a Felsa that was extremely similar, so I googled "25 jewels felsa movement".

Thanks @ConElPueblo the lesson for me then is to search for images not reference websites.
