Purchased in Japan. Watch is still on it's way.
You're asking for identification help. Do you not know what you bought?

This one is actually pretty tricky if you don’t speak Japanese. Seamaster Ref 566.016 ladies watch in 25mm size, so I hope that’s what you were expecting because it’s a very small watch. Should be Cal 680/681, I’ve got a partially written article on these which is the only reason I know about them, info is basically non-existent. From what I’ve seen they were only sold in Japan and few have leaked out.

Impressive 👍

Perhaps the give away about the size is the relative size of the crown

Yea that, and how thick the strap looks relative to its width as ladies watch straps are made of the same thickness leather as mens watches just narrower in most cases.

You do shock me, occasionally. In a good way, but still. 😁

Thanks a lot @dsio ! This was an impulse purchase at the japanese Yahoo auction. I guess for 140 USD you can't do much wrong with a functioning watch. I was aware that this is a lady watch, my wife will be quite happy to get a spontanious gift.
I will make sure to post additional pictures here.

That’s a decent deal, just be aware that it will need servicing and that cost will still be a lot more than the cost of the watch. It might run for a while as-is but if you want to preserve the movement and protect it from metal on metal wear and a future parts bill a service is worth doing.
