I think I've gone nuts: obsessions with jumbo manual-wind time-only (JMWTO) vintage watches

路First, definitions: I would (loosely) define 'jumbo' as anything 36mm and up, so here's a story of a guy that went a bit nuts in the past 8 months.
At first, all I had were these 3 Jumbo Manual-Wind Time-only vintages (JMWTO... what a clumsy acronym)
I kind of liked the pinstripe dial of the Royce, started looking at more obscure brands, and that's when I fell into a really deep rabbit hole of JMWTO's.
Half a dozen followed in the next 4 months.
Realizing these were quite affordable, plus eyeing the IG posts of other similarly-obsessed folks, another half dozen followed:
For fellow forum members who aided and abetted my mad obsession by providing advice, supplying the watches (you know who you are!), and who bought some of my other watches so I could feed this new obsession, you have my thanks! 馃槈
There's one more on the way, while I'm eyeing another on the 'bay. Oh dear, when will this obsession end? 馃槻

And despite the global impact of COVID-19, it turns out it is still possible to maintain the JMWTO obsession thanks to the Internet, fellow forum members, eBay and other auction sites.
Several more entered the collection from various brands, with my weakness for guilloche and textured dials being quite evident.馃榿
