Using the forum search tool can be a bit tricky, but there is an easy way to search the forum using the Google “site” search command as shown in the screenshot below 👍

How can you love blue dialed watches and not own a skx009?

Dunno but no joke the spb297 is my fav blue in terms of the actual colour.

My first nice watch was a blue dial Seamaster. Since then all my dials have been black.

Any reason? Like i must admit black is much easier to pair and match with clothes.

I guess my tastes just got more simple. I have a 600M 45.5mm Planet Ocean Seamaster (2208.50.00) with the orange bezel and orange 6-9-12 numbers. Very distinctive. I had the orange bezel replaced with a black one to tone it down a bit. I still have the orange bezel in case I want to return it to original condition, but I like the more understated look now. It's still a honkin' big hunk of metal on my wrist.

I’m not a big enough deal to wear the blue-dial gold vc overseas, but it’s a stunning watch. IMO the best blue dial out there. (I like it more than the Journe.)

I'm totally up on that train. I like blue dials more than any other colors.

My SMP is blue, next buy will probably be a Planet Ocean 39.5 in blue. That Vacheron is an awesome lookin watch!

Maybe blue is harder to color match with clothes but honestly: nobody cares. And if they do, too bad for them!

Not once in my experience or witness has anyone ever commented on watch/outfit color-coordination. You’d seriously have to have no life to notice or remark about such a thing to another person. 😀 Honestly, I don’t think 99% of people even notice what watches people wear at all.

The 297 is an awesome dial. The 143 seems to get most of the love for that line, but I'd take the 297 any day.
