i realize this is omega forum, but...

hard to believe roaring 20's is a hundred years ago!

As an aside but similar topic, I recently discovered a sterling silver I.D. bracelet of some sort that appears to be military in nature and quite old. This bracelet was found in some old boxes of stuff collected over the years by my late father and could have come from anywhere in Connecticut all the way to Florida as who knows how he came into possession of it, either found it in one of his many buildings or possibly in a bunch of stuff found at a flea market as he enjoyed hunting thru them.



Nothing written on the back aside from "Sterling". I have been meaning to post pictures of it on the Military Watch Forum as perhaps someone there might know how to research his name via the US navy so we can track down his family and reunite them with this obvious heirloom.
